Quick question concerning sounds 2009-01-31 13:09:05 Reply

Hey it's me again. A couple of days ago I started working on my first flash featuring real voices ;D
I asked on the audio forum for help and sb recorded some awesome voices and send em to me. The problem is that he sent one mp3 file with all the sounds I need. Now I don't exactly know what to do. Just import the big file and get the sounds I need by editing within flash? Or is there a program to split the file up? And I read that mp3 largens the filesize of a flash. Is one mp3 file that crucial for the size? Or should I change the mp3 to .wav? IF yes how do i do it?

Cut it into different pieces with a program called mptrim. then import them into flash
