Does anyone else have google warn them for spyware on EACH AND EVERY RESULT?

Before today I've only seen that warning like 3 times, now it's on every result for every query.

Actually it's happening to me as well.

I searched Google in Google (which breaks the internets anyway) and it says Google may harm my computer... :|

and yes it's bugging out it seem, ro the worlds last safe haven (i.e. interwebz, lul) all of a sudden became a wasteland of e-radioactivity
