This is sort of a quick miscellaneous piece. I was first drawing a typical dark creepy setting with like a coffin and bats and thunder...but then I was all like "this is boring. Lets put a coffin with a rainbow."

Nice work sir. I didn't notice the man-shadow cast by the coffin at first, nice touch.

I would recommend cleaning up your art a little bit. It's kinda rough looking, especially the red guy.

Thanks! Didn't think too many people would notice that

Yeah, in general thats my problem. I rush my work, I like to get it done quick and easy.

Not sure what you mean by that, but yes I have. I was saying that it was my first piece.

I had a sore throat and high fever the past three days, so I found some inspiration.

The Sick Man.

I started practicing with color pencils and getting a better understanding of lighting etc. This is just a sketch so I can get an idea, I should have the finished piece up in a day or two.

I was just making lines and then they started forming figures and then I let them take over.

I like this one. It's has a nice atmosphere, and I kinda like the strange skin coloring. If you have any comments or constructive criticism please do post :)

Experiment with lighting and such.

I'd love some constructive critique or thoughts, I've been posting alone for weeks now :)

Honestly, I think that your style is way too messy with not enough results to keep it up - basically, having a messy style pretty much gives you the time to plug as much detail, or objects, into a piece as humanly possible and still have it look slightly cohesive in the way of perception. However, you've just sketched out your characters, with no real refinement at all, and pasted on colouring - and that just looks cheap.

So I've got two recommendations - either make your drawings more refined or put more into your drawings.

Alright, I tried to make this one a bit less sketchy.

It's mostly all good.
The rendering of details and edges arent too great. And the coloring in some fo the pieces need work.

But, otherwise it's good.

For the devil pick you should add some darker tones, it would help define edges

Yeah, my biggest problems are keeping defined shapes/smooth lines, and shading. I'll try to do a few more referenced pictures from images with a good source of light.
Thanks for the comments :D
