my mouse sucks

I'm working on a 10 minute animation and im 6 minutes in. I need a new mouse.

What's one with good precision and smoothness?

its not like you have to draw each frame at the same speed as the framerate =/

Any optical mouse will do. Its the hand that does the work, not the mouse. If your freestyled lines arent perfect, you can always tweak them without redrawing it.
