Personally, I hated MGO.

Metal Gear Solid 4 is an amazing game but the online is complete shite imo.

Then again, if it's between Killzone and MGS, I'd go for MGS4. Killzone 1 sucked in worse ways than ever imagined, and with all the hype going for Killzone 2 it seems like Haze all over again...

Wow, another tactical espionage game, fuck off.

Yes, theres SO FREAKING MANY tactical espionage games, my head is spinning.

but personally i would pick neither and get Mercinaries 2

Played that, nice game, pretty funny, (pink bicycle 8)) but it was kinda repetitive.

Listening to all of your choices, I think I'm going to go with MGS4.

Well considering that MGO is garbage, I'd go for Killzone 2. That's online though, MGS4's single player is epic.

Depends if your a singleplayer or multiplayer guy.

Seeing as i own both games, i will give u my very insight to which game is better.

MGS4-
Probally the last in the Saga of Snake. Story is great, lots of cutscenes (the game is basicly a interactive movie), Great Graphics, Great Weapons, Just an all around great Game.Metal Gear Online is not that great but the real reason u should buy MGS4 is for the story not online play

KZ2-
Stroy is short and easy compared to MGS4. Graphics are good, Controls are kinda sticky but you'll get use to it. First person shooter but not the same as cod4 or codwaw in any way. The online play is really easy to rank up in. Killzone2 is just an easy Game Online and Story mode wise

So if your looking for a Challanging game with a decent Multiplayer part go for MGS4

Lookig for a short easy story, better multiplayer though go for Killzone2

You're bloody kidding me.

In no way is Killzone 2 short or easy by itself or compared to MGS4. MGS4 was incredibly short and the only hard difficulty was The Boss Extreme.

Killzone 2, on the other hand, is challenging and fun, both solo and multiplayer-wise. It may be a little short, but it is longer than MGS4. Plus, the online mode is actually playable.

Don't get me wrong, I absoloutely loved MGS4, so much that I completed it 11 times, but that statement is completely false.

MGS4 is really the right choice, but KZ2 is a really good FPS. MGS is older and more popular, and KZ is newer, so not many people like it. But hey, it could have gotten better since the first. Look at R&C. The first isn't that good, but look at R&C Future. They made a huge leap into HDTV and the gameplay has never been better, but it is seven games running, so it may have the same effect as MGS. So I would say get both (or R&C Future: Tools of Destruction, there's that too).

MGS4 was a 12 hours tops Game and Killzone 2 Was like 6 hours and i played it on The hardest Game Type and it was Super easy conpared to MGS4 on Big BOss Extreme. So please say my Statement was completely false again for no reason. and i Said that KZ2 had better online Play so plz shut the fuck up and Go Jack off with your Mom's Lotion.

I just picked up Killzone 2 the other day, and the multiplayer is actually really fun. I've played the shit out of the past few days, and just unlocked my medic badge, so I'm having a bit of fun with that. I haven't even touched the single player yet, either.

You're cooler than me.

More than a million people play MGO, and it's only been out for a few months. That should be godly enough.

what servers are you playing on?
There's not more then a million people playing MGO, about 2k plays on the EU servers and 15k on the japanese servers. So there would have to be more then 983k on the US servers, and there's NOT!

Well MGS4 has a better story and is a stealth game so its a very different type of shooting action game. But killzone 2 you find youll get more from the online than on MGO (from my personal experience).

Killzone 2 will last longer if your big fan of FPS and it graphics will always want you to play it more but if your looking for something different that your standard FPS then MGS4 has got some new stuff (as well as FPS) which may entertain you (things like sneaking, CQC, large amounts of weapons with different add ons). Reason being that Killzone 2 has a better online than MGo is because MGO is a real bitch with only 1600 players playing at most (yeah its small amount but its really all ya need) youll find that more than half are ultra elite pricks that camp, use the best skill's, headshot you with in the two seconds you have seen them and they play as women characters just to piss you off more. Unless your L33t then Id go for Killzone 2 but if your one of this hardcore, never give up guys then MGS4 is for you.
