Pink Floyd is probably one of the most well known rock bands in the world, and most people seem to like them, even I do (and are one of my favorites if not the favorite). But I was wondering, from a newgrounds standpoint, what do you think about them?
Well I like them so much that I have 8 albums.

I never liked them, and probably never will. It's nothing personal, the music just never clicked to me.

Apparently listening to Comfortably Numb while high makes you feel REALLY good.
It's also the only song I really like by them.

Animals is godly, The Wall and Wish You Were Here are excellent, Dark Side of the Moon is good.

They created history, though I like their lyrics much better than I like their music. It's good, but abit damp and restrained to me.

Uhm, they have like one good song. Too slow, and not very thought provoking. I don't even really feel like I'm listening to psychedelic music when I listen to Pink Floyd. Want underrated psychedelic old music? Listen to The Talking Heads. Much more groovy.

My ex loved "Wish You Were Here" and made me sing it at an open mic night at college. Despite my stage phobia, I did learn to like the song myself.

Piper at The Gates of Dawn = WIN. Although I like punk, Pink Floyd are easily one of my favorite bands, and Syd is a fucking genius.

I consider them a band that nobody sane can hate. It just seems that no one ever told me they didn't like Pink Floyd.

Didn´t like them that much when I was younger. But when I got older I started listening to some stuff from The Wall and saw the movie and was very impressed by it. Then I started to get more and more into them, listened to Dark Side of the Moon, Animals, Wish You Were Here and loved all those albums.
And now they´ve actually become my favourite band.

Most people who claim to like Pink Floyd have probably never even heard any of their songs besides, "The Wall"
Anyway, I think their music is decent... But I've always kinda felt it's meant for hippies and stoners; which is why I usually only listen to them when I'm baked.
But still.

The only song I ever got into by them is Comfortably Numb. I just can't really seem to like the others that much.

People who think the Wall is their best album are clueless.. There are some good songs on it, but its mostly filler. Animals, Wish you were here, and the underappreciated Piper at the games of dawn are their best work imo. Also, Pink Floyd probably had the coolest live shows ever.

I'll have to agree with anyone who said they were great or better. I own every one of their studio albums (and a couple of soundtracks + live albums), and I used to have A Treeful of Secrets. Never decided to transfer it to my new computer though.
