Hello,

Thank you for showing interest in this post. I will get straight to the point so that those who are interested can read on.

We are looking for an artist to draw and produce original graphics for an upcoming RTS flash game. This is a top-down perspective strategy game set in the not so distant future. The graphics and gameplay will share the same style as other RTS games (Z, Majesty, Warhammer: DoW) but set in the future (C&C:RA).

Game Title: Invasion from Hell II: Fire Down Under

Programming: 90% complete
Art: 30% complete
Music/Sound: 10% complete

Description: It is the near future and the biblical 'End of Days' has begun in the country of Australia. Demons are burrowing up through emergence holes all over the earth. It is your job to create a base and command a group of soldiers to attack and overtake the demons. Stop the invasion from hell before evil consumes the earth.

What we need from you:

Possibly weapons (guns, etc)

Intro / Menu (dark style)

This would be a good time to discuss compensation. This is a free flash game developed by friends who share a passion in creating games. Any money that is made from this game will go toward the creation of future games. If by some chance we end up making some substantial profit, you will be compensated from the percentage earned. I just want to make it clear that you should not contact us if you are looking for money up front (or money at all for that matter).

Thanks to everyone for the great response! We are currently working with ColdLogic to produce some very excellent 3D models for our game.

If you happen to be reading this and you are more of a freehand style drawing artist, we are looking for 2 still images to place behind the 'main menu' and 'level complete' scenes. The scenes would include a war type scenario between an army and hordes of demons. I will discuss the details of the scenes to any potential artist.

Also, those who are interested can play a very early version of the game HERE to get an idea of camera angle and play mechanics. Please keep in mind that this is a very early version and not representative of the final product.
