This is the audio recommendations thread. what is its purpose? How does it work? Good questions, follow along with me:
So your sitting there listening to a song, and you say, "Man this band is great! I want to hear more stuff like it!". So you start looking around for songs that are similar, but there is just so much music out there, and it seems impossible to dig through it all, and you find it hard to specifically classify the song, so that a search will narrow down the results.
So you come here.
You post the name of a band or song, and someone out there who feels the same way about the band or song you've posted happens to know more stuff like it!
They reply to you, and give you the name(s) of the band(s) or song(s) they have found that are similar to the what you were looking for.
You thank that person, and dance around in musical joy!
