Age Discrimination.

I think people below 15 are normally a bit slow. But that been said, most of the idiots who cause trouble seem to be around fifteen and sixteen years old. I guess they think they're bad ass over the internet? Plus, I know around here I see just as many, if not more kids that are barely teenagers that are smarter than those who are almost driving cars. With more maturity too.

At least the 13 year old idiots on here, Aren't actually smart enough to cause massive trouble like some of the older spammers are able to. But I'm out of that age gap. So all clear :)

I think some people prefer Audacity as their free DAW of choice,

more like a DAE, they like

hunger
im always hungry, immediatly after eating, i got a blood test and they said i was normal, i didnt ask for the number, should have

salivating over the thought of food, cant make music with these hunger pangs

if they lied and i fall into a diabetic coma or something those doctors will pay!

Soldering station

see previous page

Here's mine, as I was too tired to get it out and take a pic yesterday.
It's a pretty good thingie, and that little sponge in there is great to wipe the tin of the iron tip.
And temperature regulation with digital readout = win. As not all components are to be soldered at the same temperature.

I was going for the not having anything else to put the name Dexter to. Y'know, going with the "lack of" type thing.
But whatever works.

Yeah, the something awful goons have been making me lol for the last four to five years of my life. Thing is, they've been doing those photoshop threads since 2001, so they're kind of starting to get old/ stale. Some of my favorite ones come from 2006. Increased difficulty was pretty fun. So was faces of anime.

Temperature regulation is good.

My station has two irons, which are independently controlled. One's got a super-fine tip and the other has a more general chisel tip. Plus the elements are ceramic so the irons heat up in like thirty seconds.

Kinda weird to tell who's who, when some of us are genuinely 13 xD
Well, not me any more up until a few days ago :p

As long as he's doing it right -- which he is -- it's cool.

Also, they played Clair de Lune in that Twilight movie, now all the teenies call it "Beautiful Twilight Piano Music".

So? I'd be much more irritated that today, people know Dick Dale's "Misirlou" as "Pulp Fiction", or even worse: "Pump It". Fucking re-using old songs. I'd make it illegal. There's an endless number of combinations of notes, instruments and percussions, so why do hell do jackasses need to ruin old songs that are genuinely awesome? Like Madonna re-using "Gimme Gimme Gimme" and other shit. Just pisses me off.

Circuit bending is something I want to get into... sometime.

I generally lack things to bend, though.

I just picked up a Speak and Spell for $1.

I wasn't going to circuit bend it, but then I discovered that you can't actually make it say what you want it to...you're limited to the 200 word internal vocabulary.

So now I'm having second thoughts...

I also have a Casio VL-Tone kicking around, which is supposed to be good for circuit bending...but I just don't have the heart to open up all these cool old toys and fuck them up ;(

Cheap chinese knock off keyboards are another story though ;)

lol

I have a pretty dedicated zero voter at the moment. Every day for the last few weeks my newest ten songs drop below a three. Who has that kind of free time anyways? I mean, I don't care much for scores, but some little kid is waisting his life on the internet, slaving away at giving people low scores for nothing and I somehow feel responsible for it :P

Some one needs to stop this kid so he can go outside and get some fresh air.
