I went on a video chat once and spikrodd was there and because of my username, her thought i was some sort of 12 year old fat kid (or along those lines). But as far as names go, mine isn't to hard to remember, and i use it just about everywhere. If you google Kirbyfemur, more than likely 99.99% of the time it's going to be mine, so i'll probably end up keeping it lol

When I google myself, I get a lot of religious junk... As well as blog posts... And a link to some swedish (or something) death metal band with a song called Back From Purgatory.

Oh well, can't win them all.

Hey guys check out this video of my drum teacher playing at some recording session.

He deserves far more exposure and all of his students are helping him out. He's currently touring with some famous singer here in Mexico, this is just a side project.

the good thing about having an obscure name like mine is that my soundcloud page comes up 3rd in a google search and my newgrounds page comes up fourth. the bad thing about having an obscure name is that no one would search it in the first place.

So... I decided to "come out" to everyone I know on Facebook finally lol.

Via this metaphoric, yet informational blog post on muh new tumblr. Check it out if you are wondering about any of the random stuff I'm going through... I know I already told everyone here pretty much, but this goes into a good bit more detail :)

As long as you don't fall into the realm of the "I MUST GET ALL OF THE ATTENTIONS CAUSE I MUST LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT I'M DIFFERENT AND THEY SHOULD CHANGE EVERY SINGLE ASPECT OF THEIR LIVES FOR ONLY ME" type person then you should be just fine. I'm not saying you are, but i've come into contact with similar things (mostly in gay men) to that caps in quotes thing. It feels less like they want to just be another human being with a semi-normal life, instead that they need and are entitled to all of everyones attention simply because they are different/taboo.

Sorry if i rambled on... I do hope the best for you man-a-woman-a-dude.

I'm really excited for you! I read your blog post and I really enjoyed the way you related your life to a crossfade. That's awesome. My entire life I have faced hormone problems and chemical imbalances, summarized to what doctors call "BPD". I know that I can not possible relate to your specefic situation, although I think we all can easily sit down, brew up a cup of peppermint mocha, and talk about where we really are on that crossfade through life. Sure, sometimes people have longer crossfades because the intro is long and we have to keep throwing in filters, bitcrushing, and phasing until we finally manage to comfortably get it to the middle.Sooner or later, however, as long as you keep twisting knobs and pushing buttons, your going to figure out how to comfortably mix to the very end and figure things out to a nice, steady beat.

When I first met you up at Springfield, I was pretty bummed that I had to leave. I felt some sort of connection, even though we had only talked off and on for the past few months. It's one of those really weird things that people call "energy" or some shit lol. All I know is that I thought you were a pretty awesome dude, chick, whatever, and I wanted to keep partying with yah. Hopefully we can kick it again next month sometime. It'd be awesome to eat at Ziggies or whatever that place was called lulz.

Congrats on opening up to everyone on Facebook... and heres the joke... get ready for it...

GEE, THAT SURE TAKES BALLS.

hurhurhurhur.

So seriously, good luck to you! Maybe youll examine my house for mold one day over the rainbow. :p

Nicely done. Though you said some people already know, it's still a pretty big deal that you're open about this, and I'm sure it took some guts. :)

Names
I took my name a long time ago, I didn't have an e-mail and I quickly needed one to send a file to my friend; I went on Yahoo to make an account, and at the time Kalmah's song "Hades" was playing on my playlist. At first I appended "0013" to the end because I liked the number 13, which was taken. After using that here as well, I eventually got rid of the numbers. Pretty simple.

Metal/Skin corrosion

So I bought this necklace/pendant type thing at a night market while on holiday, and it was originally silver in colour. After having worn it around my neck for about a week or so, some of it has sort of corroded to this browny, coppery colour. It was pretty cheap so I'm not too fussed, but I wonder if anyone could tell me what kind of metal it might be and what is making it happen?

It's funny because today I had an science test about this subject (which was ridiciously easy).

If you're sure that it is silver, it has most likely reacted with oxigen to silveroxide, which can give that kind of color. You can get it off by putting the necklace in water that has some soda in it (not the Kenan & Kel kind of soda, but REAL soda), together with a smaal chuck of aluminum foil.

If that didn't work....it's not silver. ;)
