We were both talking last night about how/if/why/when we'd want to shine a light on good (useful) regs in the AF, but he prematurely shot his newspost on what was supposed to be a dry run, and he has a bit of a mess on his hands.

Good points, I can see where you're coming from. However, it is misconstrued.

If such a program would be associated with me, it'd be a take it or leave it deal. It would recognize a regular for doing outstanding (useful) work, but the process would be tedious, and it'd be up to you if you wanted to participate.

It's all unnecessary for the size of the AF at the moment, anyway/

Depends on the location. And you can also ease you way up to high levels by slowly deafening yourself. If you can hear an audible ringing then you did listen too loudly. Otherwise it would be anything else, headphones, stress.
