I had thought that myself, but I think it'd be awkward that FRUITY Loops Studio, would have a non-fruit as its logo. I think Image-Line chose one of those thousands of exotic fruits that the public mainstream doesn't know about, or they customized the fruit's design around a combination of strawberry and banana.
Everytime I see the logo, it reminds me of my Blitzer pre-calculus textbook. Oddly enough, I think pre-calculus and FL Studio have one [other] thing in common, at least from my POV: they're quite difficult to learn/use (but it apparently doesn't seem to be the case considering the number of young teenage composer/producers here I'm noticing on NewGrounds lately). I learn a bit of one, while continuing not to screw up the other, as I'm taking a pre-calc class as we speak.
For now, GarageBand's my music tool, and I've grown into using it the most and ever-boosting my experience with it.
