Well im guessing its legal only because of the cold. The cold keeps people indoors and i guess on a cold dark winters night cuddling up with some sheep or a family member could be comforting.

I hope they don't legalize it. The effects of inbreeding over generations results in stupidity and genetic mutations like retardation, blindness, birth defects, heart disease, hypothyroidism and a slew of other terrible things. I dont mean to sound prejudice but look at hasidic jews. its not just the clothing and odd sense of style they have that makes them hard to look at. A lot of them deal with terrible genetic diseases that affects their appearance and self demeanor.

Not to mention all the codes and regulations they would place upon it like age requirements, heavier DUI laws (including right to suspect), condition and circumstance laws (like if you had kids or infants/babies near by you wouldn't be aloud to smoke it around them or with in a certain distance), area restrictions (public and private business would be able to prohibit use with in the vicinity of their property ie. airports, parks, private institutions, schools, hospitals, ect.), possession of a minor prosecution (as in, if you gave it to a minor), and much much more that I'm forgetting.

Another big one would court leverage. Which is basically an unwritten law that, in this case, would allow someone's pot use against them during a court case, gaining ground for the opposing party.
