I've run into that before, I dont know the actual reason it happens, but im pretty sure it has to do with your connection.

Suggestions that might do nothing at all because I hardly know what I'm talking about:

Reset your cache.
Restart your router.
Restart your browser or computer.
All of the above in that order.

Yes i figured it might be something with my connection, checked it all...
But i did forget to do the most basic thing lol, reset my cache.

If you just clear your internet cache or check on a different browser it will refresh for you. All there is to it.
