Last Wednesday
So basically last Wednesday I ended up in the hospital after a suicide attempt from an overdose. All I can say is after that I'm happy to be alive and that I'm never going to do that again, as it well wasn't worth it.
NEW SONG AT THE MOMENT!!!: Alice Gone Killed the Muffin Man

Dude. Don't do drugs. But I assume you now realize that. It'd be pretty damn stupid losing and AF reg (or just a person, for that matter) over an overdose =/
Watch out, okay?

Hey i didnt really wanna bother yall with a new thread about this, but i got these pioneer speakers and reciever sittin around for years downstairs. To hook em up to my comp i just plug in the "phones" jack on the reciever to the output jack on my soundcard (green headphone jack?).
I didnt want to disconnect all the cables, carry em upstairs and then fail.

I don't see why it would have to be any more complex than that. If they're active speakers (meaning the amplifier is built-in, you'll probably have a power cord on one of them), then that's all you need to do, and plug in the power cord, of course.

Actually seems it wasnt that easy im havin some problems if anyone wants to help me out,
So heres the setup:
Speaker----\
Speaker----->>pioneer m-f10 amplifier>computer
Sub----------/
it used to be hooked up to a fancy cd player, the amplifier used some weird wide cable to connect into it. I unplugged that(doesnt fit anywhere on the soundboard), and the amplifier has a jack titled "phones" right on the front of it, and I used a one of those headphone to headphone jacks(3.5 mm deals). No sound from comp(headphone do though), and the comp reads when i plug it in.

More likely than not... that's a headphone OUT jack, not an input.
Take another look at the amplifier and see what types of inputs are available. I'd expect there to be a R/W RCA connect or something like that. If that is the case, you should be able to find a 1/8" to RCA cord pretty easily in any audio store... radio shack... possibly even at Wal Mart or something like that.
