honestly, the reason people in the western world have lots of fat on their bodies is becuase a carefully controlled conspiracy by large corporations to sell fattening and addictive foods at the cheapest price possible, and programming everyone to eat it, and by putting addictive chemicals in the food: MSG, HFCS, Aspartame

by watching these documentaries, you will become more aware of whats in the food, and your diet will change naturally. You will not allow yourself to fall for this huge scheme to program you to eat addictive fattening foods.

on the flip side, when you eat a low sugar, whole foods based vegan diet, you will lose all of your body fat extremely rapidly, even with little to no exercise. I did, my dad did. the 6 people in "raw for 30 days did"

again, they are really great documentaries, and simply the act of watching them my forever change your opinion on food so you can make the best decisions possible!

For me, a lot of the reason I eat unhealthy food is my lifestyle. Just not enough time to go around and actually make healthy meals.

really I always have,.. but I've been listennig to it s lot mroe lately -most notably house because it's long and drawn out and I don't have to fully concentrate on it while I am working - it tends to be calm, peaceful, and rapturous, with beautiful lyrics and wonderful stuff gonig on in the bg - so much like all the things I love to do in my own styles - but with driving percussion - which I'm not particularly used to.

IO'm thinknig of maybe modifying my style to include more progressive house in future. It's just such a beautiful genre - it's probably also one of the reasons I tend to not like dirtier genres - they're just an affront to my.. existance you could say.

Listen to some progressive trance on di.fm. Similar genre, but I find it to have a better atmospheric sound.

yeaaahh I like progressive trance too - but I find I tend to skip the long intros and outros - so I guess in reality I don't like the percussive progressiveness of the songs that much - but I like when it progresses with melodies.. i just find that sometimes 2-3 minutes of just progressive percussion, is a tad too much.
