the more inane the concept - the more likely it is it will happen
think hitchhikers guide to the galaxy :P
i heard a similar phrase, "The more insane a concept, the more likely people will believe it"
simply because its too insane NOT to be true
which makes no sense to me

which is why it makes complete sense. Complete anti-sense :P
Also don't forget your towel :P
think of antisense like being insane - everything that is illogical to others makes perfect sense to you.

So in effect, Fish = 4?
But this calls into question what each of the variables is, "f", "i", "s", and "h", respectively. We can't narrow it down to merely one variable, so for this exercise, each variable is what you want it to be, as long as the sum (or product, if you're implying multiplication for said variables) is equal to four.

The mustache is so much more important than the beard in evoking viking imagery.

I'm a student of Swedish, and as learning about the history and culture of Sweden (along with Norway, Denmark and Iceland) is an obligatory part of it, Vikings made out a decently large part of the lectures on the subject.

Somewhat intoxicated and hungry
and lacking good foods, I decided to tackle making quesadillas... from scratch.
Armed with only a vague knowledge of tortillas (well they're made from corn flour and cooked in a pan, right?) I quickly threw together a dough of wheat flour and cornmeal, oil and water (a little bit of baking powder for the fuck of it).
The dough came out with a little less structural integrity than I would have hoped for so I ended up ultimately with some fairly thick, corn-y flatbread that's still delicious.
This done, I decided to create a quesadilla clone by putting cheese between two of these flatbreads and going with that. Did it, and it's pretty delicious.

So I've got 3 weeks until I go back to school, and just started working at the internship I've been at for the past 4 years. It's day 3 and I already want to quit haha
Thank god I've got Facebook and Newgrounds to make the days go by a lil faster.

Teaching
So basically I'm going to try and help my friend with fretboard theory for guitar/bass. Any advice? I'm basically teaching her more about playing scales linearly and in position. She just needs a bit of help to make her a better bass player overall.

The books 'Fretboad Logic' are excellent. It may be a little less relevant on bass, but the whole concept of the CAGED system is really helpful to think about.

I actually have a good book for learning scales and I've read a bit and understand the CAGED system somewhat well. The book I have also makes mentioning of the CAGED system and elaborates on it (though it's been awhile since I read it).
Though I'm actually trying to avoid having to buy more learning material. I don't really have the money as of now.
