Halloween
I just got back from a massive two-story party my group threw here in Springfield.

Twas crazy. We had Deviant Soundsystem come up from Little Rock, and Cenobyte come down from Columbia as headliners. There were probably.. shit.. I dunno.. 600 or so people in there?

(That's REALLLY GOOD for an electro party in Springfield, MO)

I've been sick as shit for the past few days. I've had a cold for like 2 and a half.. three weeks now..

but then a few days ago I felt better for one day... and then came down with an acute infection of my eyes, ears, and respiratory system.. so before even considering partying, I had to go to the doctor to get some shit to try to help me feel better.

So.. I probably shouldn't have gone out. I'm still.. really fucking sick.. but meh. I'll live.

On a serious note, nah.. it's moved well past the point of being a cold.. it's a bacterial infection now and mainly inside me.. not really contagious.. well.. the eye part is, but I made sure to not let anyone get too close to my face and I washed my hands frequently

Post halloween

Well I decided to eschew my typical antisocial tendencies and went to a party. Unfortunately some folks I'd rather not have seen showed up, but whatevs. Also people drank all my tequila... those bastards.

I went as lightning boy (he's the one who isn't steve vai). It was kind of last minute, but since I own a pignose (which you don't see in that clip, I just remembered) it was pretty easy.

20 hours later...

Personally, I laughed at nal's post. My mom gets INCREDIBLY violent when she drinks tequila, or she passes out and doesn't wake up for a while

I had my friend over and she came home with that stuff in her system, ended up yelling at my stepdad all night.

Tequila is awesome. It introduced me to the world of alcohol poisoning.
