Change In the AP?
Alright, now let me start this off by saying that this really is a serious post. Note the headline. I've seen a shift in attitude of the AP and it strikes me as a tad disappointing. Example: a couple weeks ago I was severely intoxicated and proceeded to make a fool of myself on the forums here. Did I get any interest or response? No. Was I surprised? Yes. Maybe it's because it HAS gotten more serious on here, but I feel like people are taking the audio portal too seriously, along with themselves. There's a lot of new people around here, so maybe some of the oldfags can put their two cents in on this one. I feel like three years ago, had I made a similar drunken ass of myself all over the audio forum lounge, following in the footsteps of Gorebastard, that I would have been graciously embraced. Overall, I just feel as though the audio portal, specifically the forum, has lost some of the joking and lackadaisical attitude that it made it entertaining. Maybe I'm wrong and it's me that's changed. Does anyone else who's been on here since before the redesign feel similarly?
