CS3 trial was dropped a while back and I was still able to find it. That was with some thorough google'ing. I highly doubt you'll be able to find Flash 8. Your best bet would be to check ebay or craigslist or something to that effect and buy yourself a copy. Shouldn't be too expensive now, considering. Plus, it'll save you money on upgrading if I'm not mistaken :D
