Well, I don't really live in a city, but I can't see why you can't send it to some of the smaller towns. Your monkey will be in good hands here in BC.

To be safe, I think there should be requirements people should have before being allowed to get the monkey, like join date, post count, modship, etc.

theres not requirements as such but people who've been here a while and have 2000+ posts will be looked upon more favourably than somone whos been here less than a year and has, say 200 posts.

i'll be reading through some apliccants previous posts to make a character assessment anyway, unless i already know them on here or a mod ect
