I'm assuming you mean how do you get a gamerscore that doesn't end in 5 or 0.

some games offer strange amounts of gamerscore (Blitz: The League for example), I myself have 17,023GS.

There are a shitload of games that have achievements that don't end in a 5 or a 0. I spent nearly 2 years with other numbers at the end of my gamerscore. It's going to go back to those other numbers next time I play Forza 2.
It must seriously suck to be robbed of WotW by 2 lousy points though.

Probably not going to gain anything of any significance this week. Only got 15g from Rock Band 2 last night for completing a Battle of the Bands event. Need to find a song to 100% on expert. Been trying on "Here it Goes Again" but I almost always miss the first note, if not I get my fingers mixed up and press the wrong buttons.

That game put my gamerscore back to normal after The Orange Box fucked it up.
At that point I really cared about my gamerscore looking odd.
Now I'm thinking of going back to The Dishwasher because it was a great game and I didn't finish it because I was being a faggot about my gamerscore.

Fucking Game. Didn't get off their lazy arses on time so now instead of getting Brutal Legend a day early I'll be getting it tomorrow.

Operation: Flashpoint is quite hard, especially as I'm playing on the hardest difficulty. But it's still fun. Got 110G from it so far.

Currently getting my butt kicked by one of the last levels in N+. That achievement for beating all 50 chapters is going to be sweet when it pops up. Definitely going to be one of my proudest achievements, which says a lot because apparently I have 2550 achievements right now.

WooHoo!!! #2 whore of the week! Someday I will get Number 1.
