+75g from Halo 3.

I have like 1345g on Halo now, over 55 achievements and it still hasn't give me my katana and security helmet.

Whereas my friend who doesn't even have 900 on the game has both katana and security. Ah well, only 25g before 6000g!

Fuck. I need to finish Velvet Assassin today. Someone motivate me.

I also need to get an easy 1000G game so I can make ShadowWest eat my shit.

OMG I need a new game, not even for achievements, just a new game.

Any recommendation, a game with fun achievments would be good. I was thinking of picking up GTA4.

I'm pretty sure that most of people know about the whole Avatar: The Burning Earth trick. Play this game, press attack button 21 times, and you get 1000GS. Now you can throw the game away.

Ah, life without an Xbox is fun.. sometimes. Getting rid of my Xbox was meant to give me more time to do other things but if anything, ive only become more active on my PC. ;o A week on and im not regretting my decision though so its ok. I do crave the need to just go on Cod4 sometimes, I fight those cravings though. I've also been wanting to go back on the Far Cry 2 map editor for some reason.. maybe I just forgot about how much that game sucks.

A good week for most people at NG, the majority of you seemed to have earned atleast a little sum of GS throughout the past week.

Movin' up in the world.

Finally hit 8k gamerscore. I hadn't been playing any games heavily for some time so I'd been stuck a few hundred points away for quite some time. Eternal Sonata turned out to be shitty and incredibly stingy with achievements to boot so I moved on from that. After four or five hours with Overlord I've already gotten more points than I did with Eternal Sonata. So far overlord is a refreshingly unique 360 (setting what's been ripped from Pikmin aside). Let's hope this game doesn't sputter out and get boring halfway through.

I went on a Rockband 2 whoring spree yesterday and I only have 1 achievement left, and that's to do "All the Drum beats at 100bpm or half of them at 180"

So close to another 1k game I can fucking smell it...

I just got 1000/1000 from Rockband2.

I enjoyed Eternal Sonata but don't expect to get much in the way of gamerscore from that.

Options you have are Prince of Persia, Skate, Forza Motorsports, hell, most things have pretty solid single player.

Yeah, the Zavvi website (which now has new owners) are selling it for £17.95.
