Today i recorded some sounds from the nintendo Wii, ive uploaded them so feel free to download and use them. They were recorded with a Zoom H2 portable recorder and are all 24bit 44Khz. Enjoy

But, could you get not get in trouble for distributing these, since they are copyrighted to Nintendo? And same with using them in a song...?
Thats very true, but im not making any money from uploading them so technically its completely legal. Only until somone makes money using the recorded material it will breach a copyright, but thats half the fun of sampling i suppose. Plus its all about using them in such a way nobody would ever be able to tell where they have come from originally anyway. Im sure youl be able to use them without fear of any legal men from nintendo knocking at your door ;p
