Um, I'm just going to be blatantly honest here.

The NG Store needs some work. So far I've attempted to place 2 orders. When I tried to place the first one a month ago, it literally took about 10 tries to get it to go through. I would just keep getting a blank white page when confirming on the last step.

Then I try to place another order tonight for a key-chain, and it won't go through, I get the same blank white page on the last step.

That's 2/2 with not being able to give NG my money on my first try. I might try to place the order for the key-chain again, but I might not. Nothing pisses me off more than when I try to give an online store my money and they won't take it :\ But I love NG so I'll probably try again :)

Yeah it's not a matter of trying it a lot of times, it's just a matter of what point in time their payment processor or whatever they are using decides to work. Even if it's not working, they should be showing an error, not just a blank white page.

Anyway, I know what you're feeling, it's really annoying and it apparently happens WAY too much.

Damnit, I really wanted to go to the UK meet again (I went to the first one in 2005). If it wasn't for the horrible exchange rates and being swamped with work, I'd totally be there. Heck I'd even bring the mysterious Xenon.
