Earfetish, what about the phenomenon of "genetic sexual attraction"? Which is usually caused by close relatives (like a brother/sister, or mother/son for example) who have never met or had that long standing bond of being a family and when they finally do meet they are attracted to one another sexually? This is not a case of incest springing from an abusive relationship as it does in basically all other cases. What about that? I'm not neccessarily advocating it, I'm just curious what your thoughts are in a case like that.

The majority rules on this subject I'm sure, and why, because we're taught that incest is wrong even if there are no children being brought from it.
But what the hell, maybe it will be legal one day, n maybe the world will turned into total anarchy n the people who would make it that way wouldn't even live long enough to see why some laws n boundaries are good.
But fuck, its natural to question authority n its common for people to want to go against the law, problem is that the consequences for their actions either by the authority(example = a guy robbing a bank n either gets shot or arrested) or by the action itself (example= A girl drinks,does drugs, n has sex at a young age 12-18 or whatever, the girl either dies or is in critical condition by her late 20s or mid 30s)

Do you really want to die with the knowledge that someone might stick their dick in your corpse? If that somehow becomes legal, "I hereby give everyone the right to insert their penis into my corpse" waivers should be handed out.

I defiantly don't think incest should be legal. There has been a recent case of it in Ireland with a mother and children and, like always, some form of abuse or neglect is involved. Even between adults there are problems with abuse and the majority of the time it is rape.

Also, it may cause a precedent of some sort and it will be harder to determine what should be legal or illegal.

Just FYI, necrophilia is legal and has always been legal throughout most of the U.S., assuming you have ownership of the corpse (defined by a will or common law).
