It's legal here, and why not? But then, of course, if they catch women being forced into being prostitutes, that should remain illegal. Once it's legal it's better to control. Also, if it's to support a drug habit, then they should be arrested for drug use, not for prostitution.
-Same sex marriage
Well, I wouldn't say marriages per se. Maybe that should remain the choice of the pastors. But there should be a marital status for same sex marriages. Also, of course, this does not mean fake marriages (for passports and such) should become more present.
-Polygamy
Hmm, if it hurts nobody, maybe. Although, the benefits for polygamy should be toned down, so that no economical disasters can exist.
Freedom of religion. All things not enumerated by the Constitution are therefore implied. Freedom of not following a religion
Freedom of expression.
Prove me wrong.
These are wrong reasons, cause you can't have freedom of religion or speech run wildly limitless. Is it acceptable to purposely provoke violence or hate? Can people disturb eg court sessions by calling the judge a dick and keep shouting it all the time? Can you cause vandalism or hurt other people cause your religion allows that?
