So, I've been a pretty good Presidente. For thirty years I maintained an average income of eight dollars a month for uneducated workers. I brought them foreign doctors, and despite my doubts, constructed a church. My soldiers and police officers kept the crime rate near zero percent. My tobacco farms and cigar factories kept them working.

I do all of this for my people, and yet today I am informed that they are calling for an election? An election after thirty years?! It appears as though a woman, of all things, named Lianna Cartrel, 'leader' of the Capitalist Party has been chosen to run against me.

This is unacceptable.

I have her arrested. No trial. Life in prison.

They find another person to run against me. They join her in prison.

They find a third, I do not bother imprisoning this foolish farmer. I have him shot in his own home, in front of his family.

There are no more talks of elections now.

I want to get Tropico, but I can't find it anywhere.
Still, its an old game so its not surprising.

I got bored after a couple of playthroughs, and uninstalled it on my PC to fit on Sim City 4.
There's usually copies floating around on Amazon in the New & Used section.
