you have to learn some basic trig.
for example this would be how you calculate the x and y speeds
_x+=(Math.cos(_rotation*(Math.PI/180)))*speed
_y+=(Math.sin(_rotation*(Math.PI/180)))*speed
so if you set the bullets rotation to the guys rotation and duplicate the bullet when it needs to be fired,it will shoot using that math to find the speed of the bullets. you should know basic math so i wont explain what that does.
