Does anyone Remember a flash Cartoon about, ok here goes:

There was a guy and a girl on a hill/cliff, he was painting a picture of her

Then cops/soldiers/guys with bad attitudes come and arrest him, cuzz <<a pparently>> ART is forbidden

so he's in jail, they took his violin, but he starts making music in his cell, then when a gaurd comes to check how he's making music he escapes,

takes his violin, and then there is a chase, in which is Voilin gets shot and destroyed

Then we find out he has a Violin Built into his arm, hence the jail music,

WELL, I can't find it and I don't remember what it's called, can any else remember?
