Yeah, i don't know how to blur my silly drawings in flash CS4. It is possible in CS4 right? and how do i do that.

Convert whatever you want to blur to a Movie Clip. Go to the Properties panel, and there will be a section called "Filters". In that, add a new filter, which is blur, and adjust your blur accordingly.
