I liked Lalo's flash, and I don't blame him for being upset. He's just voicing his opinion... which is something I wish wasn't so frowned upon among the community...

People are so quick to hand out "useless" review marks when they disagree with the popular opinion, even if they have good reasons to back it up.

Wish it wasn't such a popularity contest, but I guess that's hard to escape when so many users on Newgrounds are still in high school (where EVERYTHING is a popularity contest)

The contests are becoming increasingly difficult because the results tend to haunt me for the long-term. For example, Halloween 2007... Blockhead Ghostmas was a great submission, an original character and a lot of effort, and it won the audience vote that year. It's still a great movie, but over time, I feel like Spooky Scary Skeletons is the submission that best defined that year, and it took fourth.

You should make a list of flashes like that, flashes that didn't win contests but were really good for their time, and give them prizes and make a collections with them.

i made two things and neither of them got in the collection.

they weren't as bad as some things that got in, too

Snowbot sure is a great film. I didn't expect it to win though, because I didn't notice the score going up that much after time. Deserves the 1st place.

Wow. That sucks.
Zanta Claus II deserved second place, but not Santa's Last Stop in a million years.
Santa's last stop was good, but not third place good.
I thought the Snowkitty Adventure Deserved first place. I loved that movie.
To be honest, the only really good ones besides Santa's Green Dilemma were the ones the won the $250.00.
