at work... i picked up something too heavy and i felt this pop sound, it hurt, but i kept going, so yeah... good thing i filed a report, im off till monday with pay & enough pain killers for a horse im on Oxycontin 20mg, Tylenol & tramadol as needed... but im mainly supposed to ice it...

Seeing as a first degree separation doesn't entail a dislocation of any kind I'm going to presume that the pop you felt was your muscle tearing. That sounds painful.

I was on that twice. I got addicted to it the first time. I ended up ODing 3 times on it the second time.
It's ok, though. My body regected it from my blood stream and I ended up puking it out. How that happened, I don't know.

The fact that you were permitted to self administer morphine once is surprising enough but the fact that you were permitted to do it again after it had been established that you had previously been addicted to it is just plain negligence on your doctors behalf.

I was in hospital for surgery. They gave me morphine. I wasn't addicted to it 'per se', I just had cravings for it every now and then after I got out. I no longer have them, though. Throwing up something that resembled liquid rubber mixed with graphite does that to you. Doing 3 times is just over the top. I pressed the button too many times, I guess.
