As far as standup goes, I generally enjoy Eddie Izzard, Dave Chapelle, Dave Attell, Paul Tompkins, Brian Posehn, Mitch Hedburg, Dimitri Martin, and Patton Oswalt to name a few. Sarah Silverman's also alright at times.
For sketch comedy I like Upright Citizens Brigade, and for musical comedy it goes to Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement for Flight of the Conchords.
