This picture is of human chromosomes. When i make copies of this, it does not come out dark enough
Can anybody make the chromosomes darker, but still be able to see the banding patterns within them?
I need this ASAP, thanks :)

Try messing around with filters in flash?
Or experiment with PS (whatever program you're using).
