The song repeating near the end would be because all the parts put together are longer than the song. If you want that to not happen go to the bottom layer (the one with the invisble MC) and go into the invisible MC. On the last frame put:

stopAllSounds();

But then there will be a small silence at the end.

All I'm really glad for is that the syncing is good. The matter of the buttons and the looping can easily be fixed with just a modification of the code. I bet I could fix the preloader all by myself, I just need more time with the fla. Just fix everything else first though! Le wink!

The bugs I found have already been mentioned, so they're probably being worked on. The only detail that I see amiss is that the nametag in my part is still in lowercase...

When I sent it, I used an specific font, which I remember sending. I think the font was ALL CAPS by itself, so that might be why, now that for some reason you used a default font, it turned all lowercase. Can whoever that's managing the .fla please, if it's not much to ask, use a pixel-like font for it? I don't know what happened to the one I sent, so just anyone you think that looks good. And if the font isn't ALL CAPS, either capitalize the whole name or just YoungAndWise?

Can someone send me the whole FLA. and I'll fix all the glitches (because somehow the menu is now glitchy when it should be fine) and the credits glitch at the end and I'll neaten some other stuff up. I can send back the .swf when I'm done if you want so you want have to accept a massive FLA.

Toblorone's part and Jimtopia's part, as well as about 3 frames from FireBlaze's part, were the ones throwing it off. These a few syncing glitches here and there, but nothing noticeable unless you actually slow it down in Premiere or some other Movie Editor.

Okay, I don't have the font that you used installed on my computer, but Mexifry does. This is a simple beta from my computer, which lacks certain elements. The newest version of this collab has been sent to Mexi already, where the fonts should be fixed.

How does this one look?

I fixed a whole bunch of shit. I made the Pre-loader work! Finally! I gave a bitfont to YoungAndWise, and Toblorone.
I fixed the issue of the credits looping and the credits button not going to the credits. If there's anything else that you need to see, report it.

I think the bit at the end where it loops for one or two seconds really isn't too bad. It sort of ads to it, and it's much better than silence.

Looks great, the only thing you could add, is maybe a little bit of text saying 'loading' on the preloader, just so people don't think it's someone's part without sound or something. I know it sounds trivial, bit we don't want people clicking off straight away and voting low.

Hmm. Thing have gone form "erm..." to "shit, this is unfixable."

Although the End couldn't be fixed, when I tried to fix it, somehow other things began to fall apart. The music stopped working, the credits began to loop, all that. I really suggest that nobody fuck around with this fla any more.

Also, in my opinion I like how the beginning is repeated and the credits start on a drum beat. Just a small net to catch the end.

But the one thing Mexi MUST do is move the loading text so it doesn't Blink. This can be done easily. Mexi! Here's how! On the first two frames, you'll see where you can find the Loading Text. You just need to delete those two frames on THAT LAYER ONLY. Then lengthen the rest of the thing by 2 frames. Save it, and export the swf, and hopefully the flash won't fall apart again. You can do it yourself. I know you can!

And I really must admit, this is a VERY poorly set-up collab. All of this synchronization error could have been fixed if each author had their own animation and segment of music in a separate scene, instead of the music appearing from only god knows where, and letting the whole collab play though with individual Movie Clips. Because there were no streamed sounds, errors like this, of course, are going to occur. Also, since nobody except the person who threw these Parts together (Hurst?) really knows exactly where the music comes from or how it starts, there's problem there too. I mean, if I could identify the actual source of the audio on the time line, I could make it stop looping. But I need the most recent flash that I sent Mexifry, and he hasn't responded to anything yet.
