is stop-motion allowed? or if the characters are hard to make are men made from plastacine allowed if they are fighting in a street fighter style (e.g. hadokens)?

Here is my new character model i just worked on it solid for 24 hours with no reference!!!!!!!

Stop Motion is generally not allowed in collabs, mostly because video files take too much space. Unless you're that confident about your sm skills or you know of a really good method of compression, I wouldn't bother.

I'm working on it now.

Regarding the character selection screen, I think you have to include a drawing in the manner of your submission, and not a drawing of your actual self/avatar. So if you draw Guile in your submission in a distinct way, either use one of the images from the actual animation or draw a separate drawing in the style of your submission.

ok, i previously asked this but, it must have been missed, i have only flash mx, because my parents dont want me to have to pay for pro, or 9 , or w/e the newest one is, because they think flash is a waste of time. i really hate that they think that, because Ng is like the greatest community ever, but yeah. anyway, my qusetion is: (again), if i submit my movie in flash, and by some miracle it gets accepted, will it be ok to enter it, if it was made in macromedia MX?

Any version below the version the collab is being compiled in (and I assume they've probably all got Flash 10 by now) will work. It's only when you try to import newer version flas into old versions of Flash that it won't work (eg. you can't import a flash 8 file into flash mx 2004). Flash MX is just fine for making your piece.
