Yeah can i put a preloader in a flash i already started or can i only put it in a flash that a havent started? If i can put it in a flash i have started would someone please tell me how?

Well, usually a preloader goes on 1 frame before the actual movie/game starts.
But u can also do a preloader that preloads in the background meaning your video/game will continue to preload as you play/watch.
Theres some tutorials somewhere on here and google that you may want to check out.

Yeah, you can just paste the pre-loader into a new first frame.
