31 days and 31 nights

For no good reason, other than to see if I can, I've decided to see if I can go a month without...'unloading'.
if you get what I mean.

And every time I get ze urge, I've done some exercises.
I figure it'll be a good way to hopefully attain a better level of fitness.

Has anybody else ever...tried anything like this before?

that isnt even close to addicted... medically it isnt considered an addiction unless it interferes with other parts of your life, people can do it 10+ times a day and not have that problem

yeah when i was away for school one semester me and my roommates schedules synced up horribly. we had classes at the same time. and we were always in the room at the same time. some how for 2 and a half weeks we ended up always seeing eachother in the room.
