Having to work tomorrow really isn't the problem, but me not having a car is. My parents are worried that I won't have any way of getting home and everyone will be too wasted, which is most likely the case. I'll be getting one next year, so I guess I can wait till then...
Anyone else without a car?

There is a better chance of someone else in a car crashing into your 2nd story room.

I have no car yet somehow I managed to end up in Sydney this year with family and friends.
Trains. :D
But yeah. Walk to your destination drunk, just to prove a point to your mum.
Then she has to believe that you can find your way back, right?
Right?
RIGHT??

Yes, because having a car with you when you're getting wasted would be MUCH safer.
Why not just crash at a friends house? Or get a taxi home?

I'm sorry, I believe you've made a typographical error in your address bar. You misspelled Livejournal. It's L-I-V-E-J-O-U-R-N-A-L, you mispressed a few keys, and founds yourself at the wrong website. It's a common mistake actually, so don't feel bad. You'd be amazed how frequently it happens.

You should try and run there, or you could just ride a bike.

But then you'd be going out and would have to keep sober while they all got wankered...?

I broke my ankle that way, once. Albeit someone shot a firework at me while I was going over a road that was under construction, but it may have been a contributing factor.
