That's not possible.

It is possible to use animated GIFs as your profile image. You can't use them in any other type of image (well, you might be able to do so with icons) though. If you look around you will see a few people with animated user images, a lot of the unofficial 'bot' accounts have parodied the 'Objectives:' type of animated image that the three official bots use.

C-bot, or Craft-Bot like arts and crafts

Well I believe a suiting name should be C-bot. C will stand for creative and we can make him look like a hipster. Oh and, F-bot is taken by a bot who has no job what so ever. The thing is, who will be C or whatever bot? And Tom, I'd be willing to.

...This. It goes without saying Nene is going to be a huge influence in the Art Portal, but every Portal has an accompanying bot.
