I was about to criticize your other logos, but this one is much better. The simple, yet sleek feel of this logo is exactly what you should be going for. I'm no expert, but you may want to tweak it just a bit more for an even better feel.

Simplicity is best. I kind of like the other one better. Oh, and I think that you should experiment with the font color because black is sort of meh.
