Im a fan of i wish i were the moon! And the fact it has a clone (and such a good one) definitely means its been influential.
hmmm. i'd have to say Oney's work was pretty good;
they were so damn funny, yeah, i might aswell throw in the metal gear collabs aswell guys, they were great
chk chk boom.
I remember these two being pretty big. Influential in that they added new mystique to knowing all sorts of stuff about newgrounds :D

i reckon it is this guy trevor now http://trevorw.newgrounds.com/
he quite a different style of flash he has done
simple but brilliant
I don't think anyone else has done it but him
sure, he doesn't do drawings but he can blend music and words together with such finess
he is overlooked but deserves to be known more

I am real impressed with Osakus work!
As for NG history 2008. I guess it wouldn't hurt to throw in my two cents.
This one is by far the most CLASSIC of 08.

I didn't even like Chucks new Tux, but it was one of those flases that everyone had as a favorite. It really is well done.

Same as Chucks Tux, I thought this was great eye candy, even though I didn't think it was funny. (lol MAN, I was wrong about two NG milestones in one year! :P )

GUN CHEST! I'm just wowed by the whole series, even though I aint much for anime.

One of my favorites was Funnies!! It was amazing to me how much HATE this flash caused. Just look at how many zero reviews it got, and the best part is (to me) how dumb every zero reviewer looks. Everyone that said: "this has lame animation," "bad sound," or "dumb jokes" "cock jokes are lame," really didn't realize that they were only looking at the way the creators of this flash viewed the shitty parodies that the zero givers little pedestal favorites had to offer. If you don't enjoy the flash much read a review or two, either way I die laughing.
Lets be real though, the damn flash is funny.

I love myself!
I also think that this collab was by far the biggest NG ever had and awesomeist.. (no pun intended; like MindChamber made once!! ;)

Ego improving his animation from past works will have influence on those who try to just get a laugh to try and get a laugh while supplementing their work with great animation.

Gone Too Far by DonkeysBazooka was one of Donkeys' best work.
The RWD Crew went the distance with all of their wonderful spam (Earth, and Dinnersaur being my fav's.)
The "Ng Voicemail #973" was my favorite Stamper submission, and it was the first of Stamper's stickfigure animations. And, I have to say, Stamper makes the best stickfigures.
And, ofcourse, the "There She Is!!!" series showed others that NG wasn't all cock jokes.
Frost'D was, and is, one of my absolute favorite movies by MINDCHAMBER
Madness Inundation brought everlasting joy to blood-thirsty Newgrounders
Yotam Perel brought us the best episodes of the Nameless series to date,
and that's all I can think of right now.
