I'm just wondering what people think on the subject. I personally am in favor of it. What do you think?

Depends on where they get the stem cells from -
Fetuses - no
Adult humans - yes
Other animals - no

The only problem is that the stem cells from adult humans are far less effective than the ones from frozen embryos. Oh, and just so you know, they don't get stem cells from fetuses, they get them from frozen embryoes that would otherwise be discarded.

I'm all for it. I think it could help find cures for such diseases as diabeties.

One thing that pisses me off about the debate of stem cell researchg is that everyone says were getting the stem-cells from fetuses, Which were not.
What stems cells from stem-cell research come from the blastocysts of a ZYGOTE, remember that word. there are three stages to fetal development the 1st is zygote, the second embrotic, and the thrid is fetal.
Now with that cleared up lets talk out are friend the zygote.
A zygote is the cell mass that lasts from the 1st to the 2nd week of pregnecy. Most zygotes are no bigger than a period, have no distguish features of any kind. and are 30% of the time flushed out of the woman by the menstral cycle.
I don't think Jesus gives a rats ass about a group of cells no bigger than a period. Fetuses require a placenta and umblical cord which can not be replicated in a petrie dish k?
Now repeat after me researched stem-cells come from zygotes.
