Well maybe that's what the point of this thread is, to test you to see how far you can handle your kid being gay, even if he had a girly voice and acted it and stuff. That doesn't usually happen though. I'm bi but I don't act girly at all and I sound manly as fuck.

That's another factor in this thread. It can be very hard for your son or daughter to come out to you and admit that they're bi or gay. I'm bi and I haven't come out to my parents officially yet. It takes buttloads of courage so don't think that gays can't put up a fight.

If your son was gay then you should already admire them for their courage that they came out to you, maybe not the world but to you at least, it's not an easy thing at all to do.

I wouldn't mind, unless he was that type of gay that just runs wild all day long dressed like a princess.

And I would freak if I found him making out with another dude in my house. I'd probably draw the line there...

At first i'd proablly be pissed, but hold my anger back so he didn't fell upset by it, but after a while, i'll come to accept it.

Sure, if I first heard him come out and I didn't expect it, I'd be a bit shocked, but also I'd accept him for who he was as I'm not an arrogant and ignorant slab of dick cheese. Even if sexuality was a choice, we shouldn't hate someone for it as it'd be their own decision - but it's not a choice and with that, I'd still accept how he is. That's what makes him who he is. I've been through the whole phase myself so I'll know how he'd be feeling and I'd support him through the stages; he is my son, after all. If it was just a teenage phase or if it was for life; I wouldn't care, as long as the lad was kept happy.

I really wouldn't mind / care much. I'd probably be one of those dads that just looks after them and nothing more. Of course, I'd be a bit wierd with it at first, but I'd eventually get used to it.

It'd be fine for me, because evidence implies you cannot choose your sexuality. Homosexuality must serve some evolutionary purpose or else we would have simply evolved out of it.

To be honest, I probably wouldn't give a shit. Here's why: The sex lives of people related to me are of no interest to me. Why would they be? The thought is just disgusting. So as long as my (possibly) future gay son doesn't start making love to his (possible) boyfriend at the dinner table or describing his sex life to me I'm fine with it.
And if my (possibly) straight son did any of these things I'd be disgusted too.
