Too bad you're not down here in the Jacksonville-Yulee, Florida area. Theres this warehouse down a main road for sale. Exposed brick, rail line, big windows, smaller "front office" space. Not to mention the other buildings for sale around here. Seems that $500k is the norm down here for a run down factory/warehouse.

Anyways, sounds like a great idea. Good luck with the idea. Hopefully you find something.

ALWAYS CHECK THE BASEMENT! You need to be able to shut things (gas, phone, water, power) down if there's a problem. If you don't know how, freakn' ask! Better to feel stupid than die from a gas leak!

I live in PA and somewhat close to Philly. My dad has a carpentry business and owns a couple warehouses. Unfortunately all of the warehouses are used for storage right now.
