Use your advanced technology to save your images at tolerable levels and not horribly compressed jpegs.

He's asking you to export your images as a higher quality setting than they are currently at. I don't think GIFs and JPEGs (the only extensions that Newgrounds supports) export at a very high setting.

That's exactly right. NG should support the use of .PNG's. And if he thinks these .JPGs are bad, he should see what I used to post... *ugh*

Well, I use Flash 8 for all my image editing and the JPEGs that that exports are low quality, even when you set it to maximum quality. I always export in PNG.
