Any suggestions on how to get to sleep?

Ask your friends or family members if they have any anti-psychotics, and if you can just have a 3 day dosage, then take the whole thing as a 1 day dosage. You'll be knocked out, I guarantee it.
Hopefully it's Seroquel. That stuff is the fucking bomb. But only take a half of a pill if that's the case.
I used to have a prescription for seroquel, and it knocked me on my ass every night. I just downed a few gulps of Jack, so I should be dozing off in a few minutes, but I don't want to depend on alcohol to get to sleep. It's whatever though, post any more ideas if you have any.

Maybe start an exercise regime or something; don't fool yourself that it's better taking anti-psychotics than whiskey for the same effect. Tbh cannabis is probably the best for your body out of all sleep aids but I see why you might not want to get involved in that.
Melatonin is a hormone you can buy that regulates your circadian rhythm and I've heard good things about it.

Take a small thing that goes 'KKKkKKkKkK" and makes a lot of noise that is not loud but drives you crazy. Then take a pillow, switch the fan on to maximum, put your head under the pillow. Think of something good and close your eyes. If nothing works, just take a sleeping pill.
Side effects of SOME sleeping pills, though: you may sleep forever.
OR an alternative: Hog at the PC, build a flash and SUBMIT IT!
