Did you find the body? From what I understand that man has quite the bounty on his head... ever since he lead a group that splintered off and escaped to the one place Stalin's reach couldn't get them. Than he proceeded to break into peoples houses, steal their cookies and their milk than leave "gifts" that the children never wanted in the first place. And think of the trade sanctions he's broken, he needs to pay inport and export costs just like the rest of us. He's also broken universal labor laws and mistreated poor reindeer. The man is a menace and I'm sure that if you had proof that you've shot him down you'd get quite a hefty reward.
