take out those annoying corpse craft ads. all they are are flashe animations that have so many layers, motion tweens, and animated MCs going on at the same time that it lags up your computer horribly. so many times i have been trying to play a game but that ad makes it lag horribly, even tho my computer shouldnt be lagging. considering how many motion tweens there are id say about 30+ layers, and that no matter what would lag almost anyone's computer up.

If you get one of the ads just press Ctrl+F5 to refresh the page. But I haven't gotten one in a while.

ya but sometimes i dont realize that i have them and it lags up my whole entire browser. really pisses me off. newgrounds would be better without them.

If they make it lag that bad while you are playing the game then:
1)Open the game in pop-up and hit the back button so you won't lose having to restart the game
2)Hit the F5 button 5-9 times

I use only use flashblock on newgrounds, the image and text ads can stay but stuff that slows down everything else and in numbers makes firefox unstable is where I draw the line.

i doubt any of that would really work, as the only way to get rid of ads permanently is by turning off javascript, and that takes out a lot of features

Different browsers have different plug-ins to remove those.
On the other hand, those banners and ads are there for a reason... they help support the site.

No, Adblock Plus for Firefox does indeed work, it's the just the fact that you need to be willing to actually try it in order for it to work.

exactly the point i was trying to make! weebls-stuff.com was having trouble with animated pkr ads so they got rid of those! why cant Fulp just get rid of all the lag ads?

To the OP: If the ad is causing you a lot of problems, contact Tom about it. I recall that he has asked users to contact him before about bad ads that cause pop ups, create lag, etc.

You should buy a Mac computer or upgrade your RAM. The ads are necessary to help keep newgrounds running. The ads don't bother me one bit.

You're right. Mac computers are magical and are exempt from shittily-designed banner ads, and he should pay thousands of dollars for this imaginary benefit. Then he can purchase more memory to assist in a CPU-intensive task.

PM an admin about this problem. Hell, I'll bring it to their attention too since this has been problematic for me as well.
